Pre-Delivery Configuration

Our highly qualified technical team can configure servers, desktops and notebooks all to your individual requirements prior to shipment. By pre-installing any systems add-ons we can save you time in respect of build and disposing of any extra packaging, as well as store room space. The configuration service also helps to save your resources by reducing the chance of 'dead on arrival' equipment and the hassle of manufacturer returns.

Pre-Delivery Testing

If you are scheduling a highly paid senior engineer to attend a site and install new hardware, it is essential to ensure the equipment is not 'dead on arrival'. Quantum Logic’s solution to overcome this involves carrying out a pre-delivery burn test. Whilst we cannot guarantee the hardware will not fail, if it does fail on our test bench it saves you the cost of sending expensive staff to remote locations. If hardware does fail bench testing we will source replacements as quickly as possible.

Pre-Delivery Imaging

Imaging a standard desktop or laptop can take up to 20 minutes; Quantum Logic can do this for you. This service also applies to servers. By allowing Quantum Logic to carry out any imaging you can release your high end engineers, making them available for more high value tasks. We can also help you create and maintain your images.  Storing them on our network and dropping them onto hardware using dedicated and resilient build infrastructure, when you require them. The time saved allows you to deliver equipment to the end user even faster.

Sometimes the simplest of activities can save the most time and effort. Booking in equipment is often a mundane task, but one that is essential to control stock inventory and help you manage your assets. By Quantum Logic adding product labels containing information such as the equipment serial and asset numbers on the outside of any packaging, booking in and monitoring assets within your organisation is made  far easier.

Provide us with any asset tags you require and we will add them to your equipment prior to shipment. Using asset management software we can capture as much or as little data as you require. We will then provide you with this data in a format that suits you. Basic information such as serial number, your purchase order number and the asset number can be accessed and downloaded via our account tracking portal. Again this service helps to reduce the time needed by your organisation to prepare a machine for delivery and helps you to manage your assets more easily.

Support Call Logging

Ask any of your IT staff how long it takes to place a support call with any of the major hardware manufacturer's.  At Quantum Logic we can take all the hassle away by making the call on your behalf.  We will respond to you promptly with the returns number or the date and time that the manufacturers’ engineer will attend, leaving you free to attend to higher end activities.

Account Tracking is a powerful tool that allows you to access information regarding your Quantum Logic account 24/7. Despite having one of our dedicated account managers and their support team to hand, we recognise there are times when they may not be available and you need to check some information yourself. Information from the portal can be downloaded in Excel or PDF format and all data is set in real time.
